Betrouwbare investeringsplatform
Ik ben echt fan van dit platform, het is echt betrouwbaar en super gemakkelijk te gebruiken. De website is duidelijk en ik vind het echt leuk dat we constant informatie kunnen uitwisselen met andere investeerders op het forum. Wat wel een klein minpuntje is, is dat er soms niet genoeg info beschikbaar is over de projecten. Helaas heb ik enkele investeringen niet op tijd teruggekregen en viel de opbrengst van sommige tegen. Door COVID-19 was het ook niet makkelijk, maar ik hoop nog steeds dat ik mijn geld zal terugkrijgen. Al bij al zou ik dit platform zeker aanraden aan andere investeerders.

I’ve been on the platform for a few years now, and I really like the offered projects. There has been a bit of struggle with repayments in the last year or so, which wasn’t communicated much with investors in the beginning, but they have already resolved many delayed loans at the moment and I have received my investments with promised interest and with a bonus fee for the hold up... All in all, it is a good platform to make investment, they provide good return.
How did we do? The Autoinvest Roboter did not sleep last month.
Hurra, der Bulkestate Autoinvest Roboter hat zweimal für mich gecrowdet und es hat beide Male funktioniert. Senioren wie ich sind nur zu Hause am WLAN-Router online, ein Internet-Glashandy führe ich nicht. Vormittags bin ich auf Arbeit und nicht zu Hause. Da hat mir der Autoinvest Roboter zweimal ein Investment verschafft.

I've tried it now for about a year and a half and it's one of places with tope returns. Only trouble is that there are not always a lot of offers to invest in, but apart from it, it has been completely reliable (in comparison to other pages with a few failed housing investments). So, overall, I'd recommend it, for sure.
Fraud
They never reply to any emails. Login with Facebook is broken and I can't even access my profile now. People who say they've created user groups on Facebook, can you make them public, so others can join as well?
Stay away!
Stay away - at least 50% of loans are in default and of the rest 25% are more than 60 days late. Have not gotten any interrest payments in over 1 year. No communication from the platform - the forum is dead (and old posts seem to have been deleted). So I'll say it again: Stay away!
It is very good platform
It is very good platform. But: - I'm still waiting for promised new payment system, where should stop the pdf orders - just send any money to bank account with some pernament identification in message for receiver, which would identify my account. - Also, there is still not too much investment opportunities.

Надёжная платформа. Удобный сайт. Постоянный обмен информацией с инвесторами на форуме.Иногда мало информации о проектах.К сожалению многие инвестиции не вернулись в срок,по некоторым значительно уменьшилась доходность.Covid внес свои коррективы, но надежду вернуть капитал не теряю. В целом рекомендую .

Es scheint so als wäre Betrug im Spiel. Der Support antwortet innerhalb Stunden, wenn es um das Thema Einzahlung geht. Beim Thema Auszahlung stellt er sich stumm. Vielleicht habe ich ja nur Pech, aber auffällig ist das schon. Das Geld schreibe ich ab.

Withdrawal funds never reached my account, no response whatsoever from company and pretty much all investments are late and will likely result in defaults. Most of my investments have been lost.

Financiële fraude
Het is echt balen om te horen van financiële fraude bij een investeringsplatform. Het is echt belangrijk dat zulke dingen gestopt worden en dat er openheid van zaken komt. Ik ben blij om te horen dat er actie ondernomen wordt om de verantwoordelijken aan te pakken. Het is echt van groot belang dat dit soort zaken aangepakt worden en dat de slachtoffers gerechtigheid krijgen. Ik steun iedereen die meehelpt om deze frauduleuze praktijken aan het licht te brengen.

investering
Ik heb geïnvesteerd in dit bedrijf en eerlijk gezegd ben ik teleurgesteld. De communicatie loopt niet lekker en het was moeilijk om antwoorden te krijgen op mijn vragen. Ik heb het gevoel dat ze niet helemaal transparant zijn en daardoor voel ik me niet helemaal comfortabel bij het investeren via dit platform. Ik denk er sterk over na om mijn geld terug te halen en op zoek te gaan naar een andere plek om te investeren waar ik me meer op mijn gemak voel.
trage uitbetalingen, slechte communicatie
Ik heb al een tijdje geleden geïnvesteerd in verschillende projecten bij dit platform, maar tot nu toe zijn alle uitbetalingen veel te laat of zelfs helemaal niet gebeurd. Het is frustrerend dat ik meerdere keren contact heb moeten opnemen via e-mail om mijn geld uiteindelijk te ontvangen. Er is duidelijk sprake van slechte communicatie en een gebrek aan efficiëntie bij de klantenservice.
No communication since 2023
No communication since 2023. All my money is stuck there since 2022. I saw that some user (Emil) opened a Facebook group "Bulkestate fraud" to do a group report, but I can't find it. I'll join any investors group to claim our money somehow, or at least some information from them. I created "Bulkestate investors" in facebook.
Do NOT put money on this
ALL my investments were put on hold and not being paid on time. That is since 2022. They promised construction is progressing and even sent photos, will be paid next year with interest. No updates since 2023 Unfortunately this has become a scam
