Als nieuwe of potentiële nieuwe klant word je om de oren geslagen met gratis boxen en kortingen maar een heel ander verhaal is het voor vaste klanten.
Door een probleem met de levering -wat op zich wel eens kan gebeuren, mijn ervaring met de koeriers van Hello Fresh is dat het heel vriendelijke mensen zijn maar dat ze onder steeds meer druk komen te staan om alles tijdig rond te krijgen- heeft mijn box een hele nacht in de regen voor mijn voordeur gestaan.
De inhoud van de box was voor de vuilnisbak maar Hello Fresh weigerde mij te vergoeden voor mijn verlies. En dat terwijl ik als vaste klant al meer dan 70 boxen liet leveren op mijn adres. Betreurenswaardig.Review over: Sympl
Amazing Customer Service
Mireya, who I spoke with was calm, easy to understand & made sure I fully understood what my options were. The conversation never felt rushed as if she was waiting to get to the next caller and she made sure I knew who and where to go or call with any and all concerns that may come up. She went through all the fine print with me which is easy to get lost in on your own. She even asked how I was feeling at the end. The personal interest was absolutely amazing!

I found it a bit frustrating to have different teachers every time though, so I would seek out the same teachers over again (when possible).

Reviewing 'best price guarantee' again
Reviewing 'best price guarantee' again. An hour after I found a cheaper deal through Skyscanner I had an email to say they wouldn't be honouring it as Skyscanner didn't qualify. I asked them to highlight where in their T&C it said this... no response. I have tried this scheme three times now. Once I was successful however they took 8 hours to verify this by which time the price difference elsewhere had reduced from £15 to £2. When you are not successful they are very quick getting back to you. Despite telling me I had qualified for the offer on that occasion I never did get the £2 refunded and eventually I gave up trying. Also saying you get 5x extra points is blatant false advertising. It is 5x the points minus taxes which basically leaves you with 3x points. You get stuck in a non refundable rate without breakfast and end up paying more in the end. I am really angry as I am Platinum Elite and I have given them my loyalty for years. I will be taking my loyalty elsewhere.

Amazing Customer Service!
I had a couple of issues with my order, first of all I made a mistake at checkout by choosing the wrong international postage and secondly USPS messed up the package by returning it to sende and let me tell you the customer service team were EXTREMELY helpful and speedy. I was really impressed by how quickly they helped me out to cancel the first order I completed wrongly and then help by resending my second order that the USPS system messed up. Thank you so much for the great customer service!! 💖🖤

I had a great experience rock climbing in Mallorca! The guides were awesome and a ton of fun. The program was well-organized and the teams at both Mapo Tapo and Rock and Water were very communicative, and made sure we were prepared for the daily adventures. Ridiculous
WOW. Terrible service. I made my order 23/11 and according to the tracking service it departed from transit office 28/11 and no further updates… baring in mind they use DHL and not RM! I have emailed and was given 24/48 hours for them to respond.. this time has passed with nothing.. I have just messaged their Instagram account in hopes of a response but not too hopeful at this point! Very disappointing as a Christmas present and the delivery fee wasn’t cheap either! And for what??? Wouldn’t recommend this company.

If all you want is to watch reality TV this app is great. Honest review, I’ve been using it for years on my TVs and ipad. It’s a simple app with little technology but again if you want to watch housewives, loads of murder mysteries etc. So worth it… I use it more than Netflix for sure! I’m in the UK if that helps. Thank

Sends Defective Item, Charges Shipping to Return It
I bought a $48 t-shirt and had free shipping. The shirt arrived with loose threads hanging from the seam. It was worse quality than a clearance defect as-is shirt from TJ Maxx. Cuyana charged me 10% shipping to return it to them for a refund and refused to refund the full amount of the defective item.

Erg matige tot geen communicatie. We hebben eind augustus de laptop besteld en deze was op voorraad. Uiteindelijk zijn we bijna 3 weken verder en nog geen laptop gezien. Hij is ergens bij DHL. Wij hebben gevraagd om terugstorten van het geld zodat we ergens anders de laptop kunnen bestellen, hebben hem met grote spoed nodig. Of ze moeten gewoon een zelfde laptop sturen en dan zelf ondertussen met DHL oplossen. Maar ze doen dus niets totdat ze weten waar de laptop is. Ze leggen dus het probleem bij de klant neer!!! Zeer klantonvriendelijkheid, zeer matige communicatie, en ook alleen wanneer je zelf mailt of Appt of belt. We worden absoluut niet op de hoogte gehouden. Voor mij nu een zaak om bij de ombudsman neer te leggen. Update 3-10-22: Ondertussen hebben ze 20 september een nieuwe laptop gestuurd. Deze is ook weer kwijtgeraakt bij DHL en het hele verhaal weer opnieuw: GEEN communicatie vanuit Campusshop, alleen wanneer ik eerst zelf contact opneem! Snap dat het voor hen ook vervelend is, maar ze zijn totaal niet pro-actief naar DHL toe en al zeker niet naar hun eigen klanten toe!! Ik moet nu wederom zelf bellen om te vragen voor een update of een oplossing. Voor mij geen campusshop meer, totaal ongeloofwaardige organisatie die zelf de boel ook niet op orde hebben!!! Let wel: ben dus al sinds eind augustus bezig om een laptop binnen te krijgen die ik al betaald heb!!

The worst streaming service
This service is full of errors and the customer service is absolutely pathetic. I experienced multiple different error messages, the playback kept cutting out, audio/video was sometimes misaligned and episodes were under the wrong titles. Eventually I got locked out of my account and could not even log to use the service at all. I tried contacting the support email support@hayu .com multiple times but they were unhelpful and unresponsive. I had to continually contact hayu via social media so they could remind their email team to respond to me. The rare times the email team responded they did not help me resolve my issues and one time even said they couldn't find my account at all. I paid for a service that was completely unusable and was disgusted that no-one on the support team cared at all. After over a week of sending multiple emails and social media messages (which were rarely responded to and provided no solution to my problems) I finally asked for a refund as I paid for a subscription I couldn't use. My emails asking for a refund were ignored. Both the quality of this app and the quality of the service is so poor, no-one should ever subscribe, it is not worth it.

Purchased an item that was not marked as final sale anywhere - not on the page, in the cart, etc. Didn't like it, returned it, no problem. Get the item shipped back because the fine print of their website says they don't accept any returns at all on BODYSUITS. Are you joking? Put the final return policy directly on the item page.
