A quick and easy service. The staff were very responsive to my (often daft) questions. I was never left wondering what comes next. I highly recommend Optima Legal.

Total lack of customer service
Sales staff pushy and rude if you do not take the RAC extra cover (commission paid) Appalling after care from service department, they just do not reply and hope you will just accept it, Do not accept it and take it further! Cars are not checked before release, gardx is charged for and not applied, once is a mistake twice just shows their is not enough customer care before a car leaves the forecourt. Competitors give 3 months warranty at no charge, you have 30 days with hilton to which they will drag out and ignore if they can. Sorry but they have become too big that the customer service and care has gone down hill, would not recommend and their competitors are miles ahead

I’m standing in Kohls in West Chester…
I’m standing in Kohls in West Chester and they have 2 brands of dress shirts and only 1 style for XL or bigger. It is 1 week to Easter and they have 30+ racks of blazer / sport coat. No easter sweater, very little amount of casual shirts for men as well. Three managers and said all they can do is put out what is sent. I told all three to send them back. I have been shopping in kohl’s for over 25 years and worst experience I have ever had. I will be shopping at Macys or online

I returned an item being told I would…
I returned an item being told I would receive a refund as it wasn't even used. That was 5 months ago and still no refund. I have no way of finding the tracking number on the return package as the post office took care of the packaging for me and SmallRig refuses to refund me even though the package was sent out. Will not be purchasing from them again and neither will my friends. Over $300 later, I've found Tilta to have much better customer service.

Slaapkamer
Wij kochten een slaapkamer op krediet. Nu konden wij na enkele maanden het geleende bedrag in 1 keer aflossen. Aan de telefoon kregen wij de gegevens die er bij de overschrijving moesten opstaan. Zogezegd zo gedaan. Toen moest ik via een contactformulier mijn dossier stopzetten. Dit heb ik meermaals gedaan Maar kreeg steeds ee. Mail met daarop dat hun mailbox vol zat en het formulier niet verwerkt kon worden. Opnieuw belde mijn man terug. Weer een heel concert aan de telefoon en ik moest zelf aan de lijn komen. Hoe meer ik het hen uitlegde hoe minder ze het begrepen en maar bleven doordrammen dat ik via het online contactformulier mijn dossier moest opzeggen. Toen ben ik uit mijn kraam geschoten en ze gooide de telefoon neer. Mijn man belde opnieuw terug en toen kreeg hij iemand aan de lijn die geen Nederlands sprak.... hier sta ik dan , dossier is nog steeds niet opgezegd en zij hebben het geld al op hun rekening. NOOIT KOOP IK NOG IETS VIA BUY WAY. het is een bende onnozelaars en proberen ons aan het lijntje te houden.
