    Happy customer!

    The daily scan by my hosting provider showed that there was malware in the URLs of my website. I have assisted hosting, but they quickly escalated and advised that I would contact Sucuri to get my website cleaned. I did think that it was quite pricey but had little choice as my customers were rerouted to other websites. I quite quickly got a message that my website was being escalated to a senior team member and then I didn't hear anything for several hours. I was very concerned and contacted sales again. In the meantime I had read the very bad reviews which Sucuri gets on here, so I was worried that I had wasted my money and nothing was being done. The sales person told me that on the contract option I had chosen (cheapest option, still expensive though), my website would be dealt with within 12 hours as per contract terms. This worried me even more as my visitors and customers were routed away from my website. Luckily enough this all turned out to be different, Sucuri was already cleaning my website and not long after I got the message that the problems had been resolved and my website was clean and a firewall was put in place. So I am a happy customer. They fixed the problem in about 4 hours. Yes, they are expensive, but they did it and that is most important, plus I now have additional safety features.

    Don't listen to bad reviews, they are amazing!!!

    I have to say I am very surprised with a lot of the reviews I read here. I don't often write these kind of reviews but here I feel I have to because they have been super helpful with me! My blog got infected with malware and was shut down by my hosting platform so I started looking for Website Security services and came across Sucuri. I was a bit unsure about subscribing for a plan with then as it is quite expensive (200 USD / year), so I started reading online reviews. I almost didn't go for it after reading the reviews on this website but couldn't find a better alternative so went for it anyway. And honestly, they have been AMAZING! Less than 4 hours after subscribing for the service someone was already working on my website and a couple of hours later it was back up and running!! 5 days later my website got infected again (probably because I didn't follow their post-cleaning advice), and in a couple of hours they managed to fix it again. Now they are even helping me with installing a website firewall to prevent this from happening again. They always answer immediately and are super nice! I'm very happy I didn't listen to the other bad reviews and I would highly recommend them!

    Great Service

    I have been using Sucuri's Website Sucuri platform for over a year and so far everything is running great. I had minor issues in the first couple of months in regards to setting up their bypass prevention method. Since I use a server for caching over my main web server it acts as a reverse proxy so implementing the bypass prevention the traditional way was not working. After contacting Sucuri, they advised me of another way which restricted HTTP/HTTPS ports to only the Firewall IPs. They offered to do it for me but I went ahead and did it myself (On a VPS, this can not be done on shared servers). The support has been great. However, the response time is slow. It can take up to 24hrs+ and multiple people handle the issue. Hopefully, that issue can be addressed to where the response time is cut down and a dedicated person who accepts the issue stays on that issue until resolved.

    Don't understand the negative reviews.

    I have been using the Sucuri basic service for several weeks now. I don't understand the negative reviews. They have been so helpful in addressing my security concerns, even to the point of helping with tasks that are not strictly their responsibilities. I have moved from a website that was experiencing semi-weekly attacks that were crashing the server to a site that has zero down time. Their support team has been wonderful. They have explained each step in the process to me and helped me implement it. My only suggestion is to be careful about your expectations. They clearly state that the basic service does not include instant responses. I worked through all my issues by sending support requests in the afternoon and finding a response when I came into work the next day. If you need faster service, you have to pay for it. That's all.

    Sucuri has been a great help. We have had some issues with malware injected on our site, removed it a couple times and thought it was clean. Sucuri not only found the malware when our site scanner failed to, they helped us locate what file it was, 4 months before we signed up for any services. Recently signed up with them for ongoing protection and was a great help with setup, response from the chat support has been crazy fast. Any issues resolved very quickly. I suggest reaching out to chat support if you have any issues with setup. Be sure to complete the site server scan and ask for help if there are any issues setting up the firewall.

    This company is reacting FAST

    This company is reacting FAST. Sometimes less than one hour. When you need them you need them NOW not in 3 days. They understood that and their personel take care of your needs. I am not a computer expert - I Donnerstag get along but with securityproblems und websites - I am a doctor and not a tech-geek ! The helped me through the part that I was not familiar with and they got my hacked site running in no time. I could not think of a better way to protect my website. Since I have booked them and their security pack I did not have any more issues. Believe me not only as a doctor it is embarassing when your clients are redirected to some adult sites. They solved that problem and for 3 years in a row I had no more problems. I will stay with them. Thanky guys - you are doing a great job !

    Aankoop van de Sucuri basisdienst

    Ik gebruik nu al een paar weken de basisdienst van Sucuri en ik snap echt niet waarom er negatieve beoordelingen zijn. Ze hebben me geweldig geholpen met mijn beveiligingszorgen, zelfs taken op zich genomen die eigenlijk niet hun verantwoordelijkheid zijn. Voorheen had ik constant problemen met aanvallen en server crashes, maar sinds ik hun service gebruik, is mijn website altijd online. Hun supportteam is echt top, ze leggen alles stap voor stap uit en helpen je met de implementatie. Mijn enige tip is om realistisch te zijn over je verwachtingen. Ze zeggen duidelijk dat de basisdienst niet bedoeld is voor onmiddellijke reacties. Als ik 's middags een hulpverzoek indiende, kreeg ik pas de volgende dag antwoord. Wil je snellere service, dan moet je ervoor betalen. Simpel toch?

    Sucuri Saves The Day & Money Too

    We have used Sucuri now for years and couldn't be more happy with the service. We learned the hard way the need for this service when our website was attached and taken over by someone. It was hard to believe that a small one location retailer would be hacked, but it happened and that's when we realized how integrated our site was with our total operation. Originally, we had a service that was recommended by our hosting service that turn out to be so expensive and it didn't provide nearly the level of service we get from Sucuri. Sucuri was able to remove the malware that was placed onto our server and had us up and running quicker than I had expected. Since being with Sucuri, we have never experienced any addition successful attack on our site. Thanks for the great job!

    A great business decision

    Six months ago, my dedicated server was brought to its knees by an aggressive malware attack. I contacted Sucuri on a Sunday morning to see how they could help. My account was live that day and the Tech Support Team began configuring and cleaning my sites. They thoroughly removed the malware from each of my sites then advised me on what I needed to do to improve security and performance. If I didn`t know how to do something, then coached me through it. Their online Tech Support is prompt, friendly and really know what they are doing. Since then, we have been malware free, uptime of 100% and overall site performance is up. Using the Sucuri Monitoring, Firewall and CDN service has been a great business decision for my company and clients.

The email said that my website and even my domain name had been infected with malware from hackers and they needed to run a scan.... I complained to Go Daddy, I'm still getting the emails, even thought I moved my website from their site.

    Ik gebruik Sucuri nu al meer dan een jaar en ik ben echt heel tevreden. Hun klantenserviceteam reageert altijd snel en helpt meteen als je vragen hebt. Sinds ik met hen samenwerk, is mijn website veel beter beveiligd en ook sneller geworden. Ik snap echt niet waar al die negatieve reviews vandaan komen. Voor mij krijgen ze zeker 5 sterren. Ik zou het zeker aanraden aan anderen.

    So far, it's been a very good experience. The process was seamless and even easier than I expected. There was an issue with SSL, but online support (Josh) promptly escalated the issue to James Z, who was able to solve it in a timely manner.

    Stay away, after being a customer for 9-years, they suddenly just suspended my account with no reason, one minute to the other, no warnings or anything, not able to get a copy of my settings or anything. Suddenly my 40.000+ users faced an 404 and I had to be in a hurry to migrate somewhere else, which became cloudflare Honestly as someone who was worked in IT-security for 14-years, I'm very happy to be at Cloudflare, much more feature packed, sucuri lack so many industry standards, that's ridicoulus nowdays. They haven't done any updates at all for the last 9-years I've been at them, very OUTdated. In Denmark our goverment published the website called "sikkerpånettet" for companies to test if their site lives up to current industry security standards, and Sucuri lives up to VERY few of the checkmarks. Eventually check your own sucuri site if you don't believe me. Customer service takes around 12-48hrs to get help, sometimes their response is okay, but most of the time you get answer that seems like coming from a BOT. Sucuri might be fine if you are running a blog, or something simple, but if you have a website with api's, or customers/users login to manage and see stuff, absolutely stay away, it's really hard to scale with Sucuri. Even simple features like websockets is missing.

    Rubbish service.

    Rubbish service. I also had the misfortune to connect to Steven on their Live Chat. Hopeless, uninterested, could not care less, no real effort to help in any way. Support tickets are dealt with very slowly and so far they have actually solved any of my problems just created new problems. Can't even find a way to lodge an official complaint.

    Money well, well, well spent

    Sucuri has pulled me out of the fire a couple of times. Of all the little (and big) nitpicky charges that come with running a website, the money I spend on Sucuri has been some of the absolute best I've spent. This is the second time I've had a malware issue, and it's so incredibly calming knowing that I don't have to run around panicking (and possibly crying--I won't admit to anything definitive there) like I did when my business crashed the first time. Like a lot of people, if my website doesn't work, I don't eat. I really like food, so Sucuri has been awesome.

    Sucuri heeft me al een paar keer geholpen wanneer ik in de problemen zat. Van alle kosten die komen kijken bij het hebben van een website, is het geld dat ik besteed heb aan websitebeveiliging echt de moeite waard. Dit is de tweede keer dat ik te maken heb met malware problemen, en het is echt geruststellend om te weten dat ik niet in paniek hoef te raken. Het is zo'n opluchting, want de eerste keer dat mijn bedrijf crashte, was ik echt overweldigd. Ik weet zeker dat velen hetzelfde voelen: als mijn website niet werkt, kan ik niet functioneren. Ik hou echt van eten, dus Sucuri is een life saver.

    Cheap and very good Firewall and CDN…

    I have been using sucuri.net since last year. They have a very responsive support team and are always available to answer any questions you may have. My website security and speed has increased since connecting with them. I really don't understand how theyre getting so many bad reviews. To me they deserve a 5 stars. I would recommend it
