I love Yellowpop!
I absolutely love my yellow pop sign! The process and experience has been great. Customizing the sign was simple and straightforward. It seems like a small thing, but being able to visualize my design was very helpful. I was tinkering with different versions of my design (ie different spelling of that words, fonts) and seeing it visualized in real time was fantastic. I can say that the visual representation is very accurate to the finished product. The price was also a reasonable price point! Installation was super easy and the instructions provided really helped. Finally, the finished product was EXCELLENT! The quality is great and it works perfectly. It has definitely added the extra personality to the room - and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I honestly can’t think of anything to say in terms of what could have been better. I’m sure I’ll order more soon - 10 out of 10 stars!
Geel lichtbord
Ik vind mijn gele lichtbord echt geweldig! Het hele proces was super en het aanpassen van het bord was echt makkelijk en duidelijk. Het lijkt misschien simpel, maar het was super handig om mijn ontwerp te kunnen visualiseren. Ik heb verschillende versies van mijn ontwerp getest, met bijvoorbeeld verschillende spellingen van woorden en lettertypes, en het in real-time kunnen zien was fantastisch. De visuele weergave was echt accuraat in vergelijking met het uiteindelijke product. En de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding was top! De installatie was heel gemakkelijk en de instructies waren echt nuttig. Het eindresultaat was gewoon GEWELDIG! De kwaliteit is top en het werkt perfect. Het heeft zeker wat extra persoonlijkheid aan de kamer toegevoegd - precies wat ik zocht. Eerlijk gezegd kan ik niets bedenken dat beter had gekund. Ik weet zeker dat ik binnenkort nog meer zal bestellen - 10 op 10!
Gebroken bord
Toen ik mijn eerste bord kreeg, was het gebroken op een van de letters en was niet helemaal goed gelijmd. Ik was echt teleurgesteld omdat dit een verjaardagscadeau was van mijn liefje. Maar toen ik het bedrijf belde, hebben ze snel gereageerd en het probleem meteen opgelost door me een gloednieuw bord te geven. En dat helemaal gratis! Ze hebben me zelfs verteld dat ik nog een tweede verjaardagscadeau zal ontvangen, waar ik nog op wacht (ik weet niet wat het is, heb geen bestelnummer, maar hopelijk krijg ik snel een update). Het nieuwe bord is perfect en precies wat ik gehoopt had! Dus bedankt aan de gasten voor de snelle reactie en mooie oplossing. Echt top service!
Très bonne expérience avec Yellowpop
Très bonne expérience avec Yellowpop malgré une première réception non conforme. Le néon que j'ai reçu n'était pas du tout conforme à la maquette que j'avais validé. Le collaborateur qui était pourtant très réactif lors de la phase de création du néon et la prise de commande ne me répondais plus. J'ai alors contacté le service client qui a pris en charge ma réclamation. Un grand merci à Marie du service client pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme. Yellowpop a reconnue les défauts de fabrication du néon et m'en a renvoyé un nouveau à leur charge. Le 2e néon que j'ai reçu correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. Service client très sérieux, je recommande.

I love my purchase! It brings a smile to my face everyday when I turn it on. This was an easy process and it arrived quickly. It was packaged to withstand the journey to my home. My light is well crafted and quality is there. Worth the price!

Neon signs for work establishments
Ik heb YellowPop ingeschakeld om neonborden te maken voor de bedrijven waar ik werk. De klantenservice is top en de producten zijn echt van topkwaliteit. Ik wil Yann bedanken voor al zijn hulp. De neonborden zien er fantastisch uit en zijn super helder. Ze geven echt een professionele uitstraling en zijn perfect voor mijn bedrijf. Het bestellen verliep vlot en eenvoudig, met duidelijke communicatie en snelle reacties van het team. De levering was snel en op tijd, dus ik kon mijn borden meteen installeren. Ik ben echt heel tevreden met mijn aankoop en zal YellowPop zeker aanraden aan anderen.
Sign did not arrive by date original…
Sign did not arrive by date original promised. It fact it was several weeks after that due to dimmer wait time. This was my grand daughter only Christmas gift. Pricey at $500 but was willing to pay because stated that arrival would be before 24th. Very disappointed. Marie was very quick to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I appreciate a company that wants to make their customer happy and complete after issues beyond their control occur. My granddaughter loves her bedroom sign and it is working wonderfully. She is all smiles. Thanks for the follow-up.

Really impressed
Really impressed with the turn around time from ordering to receiving the product. It was easy, uploaded an image, YP responded with a great design, we approved and off they went. Delivered in about 14 days, product was exactly what was promised, design was identical, looks so good in our store front window, sign is bright and turns heads as they pass by, so much better than our previous neon sign for a number of reasons. I totally encourage you to use this company!! very impressed.

Yashi was such an amazing help
Yashi was such an amazing help! We needed a large-sized neon sign made within 1 week and they made it happen. Every step of the way I felt taken care of and Yashi completed each request (there were many) quickly.
Not worth the price
"Neon" signs of low quality manufactured in China and sold for at least 10 times their worth. Accessories such as the dimmer only last a few months and render the signs unusable unless you keep purchasing new dimmers every time. I actually got a much cheaper sign at a dodgy Chinese wholesaler that is still running okay, while this AU$900+ has burnt through three dimmers in just under 2 years.

Custom Order Turned Out Well!
I ordered a custom sign for my niece's wedding festivities (shower, bachelorette, and rehearsal dinner), and it turned out spectacularly! The sign arrived safely, quickly, and well packed. I could not have asked for a nicer gift to help them celebrate, and they're already excited to hang the sign in their basement after the wedding. Thank you!
