A Collector's Superhero!
I had the pleasure of working with Donald Tapia. Sadly I really needed help with getting an already replaced item replaced again. I explained what caused replacement the first time, and that this one had new issues I hadn't seen before. I sent photos of the item to Donald at his request and he agreed that what I was experiencing was not normal and NOT the quality Entertainment Earth wants to stand for. Donald was kind to listen to my frustration about this being the second time I'd need a replacement. And I was honest that I was worried about getting this one replaced in time since it's a gift for someone else. Donald was quick, fair and thorough in finding a solution and went above and beyond to expedite shipping for me in hopes of this gift arriving in time. I've been a long standing customer with Entertainment Earth and this experience is why. It was not Donald who packaged both my orders, nor was it Donald who let the item leave the facility in less than NEW quality. However, he was the solution. I am so grateful to Donald for his assistance today. Thank you again!
Figure set purchase
Ik ben al enkele jaren een trouwe klant bij Entertainment Earth en ben altijd tevreden geweest over hun producten en klantenservice. Onlangs heb ik een aankoop gedaan van een figuur set, maar helaas ontbrak er een stuk in de doos toen de bestelling arriveerde. Ik wist dat dit de fout was van de fabrikant, maar besloot toch contact op te nemen met Entertainment Earth voor hulp. Ik werd snel doorverbonden met Donald, die ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk was. Hij luisterde naar mijn zorgen en werkte hard om het probleem op te lossen. Dankzij Donald's uitstekende klantenservice kreeg ik het ontbrekende stuk snel toegestuurd, wat veel zegt over Entertainment Earth's toewijding aan klanttevredenheid. Don't second guess use Entertainment Earth
There's so much to say when it comes to Entertainment Earth, the customer service they provide, the way they make 100% sure your getting what you pay for from price, shipping, and most important this is a company that cares about how you feel when you open up each and every box. When you call and talk to Donald Tapia for instance it just makes you know that your dealing with a professional and someone that will always take care of you. Thank you so much Donald, Customer Service, Entertainment Earth as a while. If it was possible to buy all funko ever made available through this company I would without hesitation. Amazon, Walmart, Target, Gamestop, Hot Topic, any company who sells funkos take a lesson from the masters here at Entertainment Earth. They are leaps and bounds beyond the rest. So if you want peace of mind and no problems order from these amazing people. Thank you again and have a blessed day.
Donald to the rescue
Donald to the rescue! I received a Joy Toy item that had a shield piece different than the box art, the Joy Toy manufacture's page and Entertainment Earth's sales page. I opened a request for replacement of the shield with the correct piece or return for refund and was initially denied stating that Joy toy changed the piece due to running out of the other one and no return because I opened the box! It's a closed box! How can I know it was the wrong piece without opening the box? Also, they may have changed it but not the sales advertising and or sales pages! That's against false advertising for an item with a clearly nonmatching style or type. I decided to call in instead of emailing more and got Donald! He Rambo'd that shiz fast and agreed with me completely and took my side in getting the request to return pushed through! We need more people like Donald in customer service or CS Managment!

I really want to like them but
I really want to like them. They usually have a slightly better price than everyone else. But I can't look past the poor customer service any longer. I emailed them a week ago about an additional $5 they charged me that wasn't part of the agreed upon amount at ordering. Crickets. The pre orders take literal years past other stores being in stock and when I do get the chance to speak to them they're usually short and don't seem to care.
Slechte eerste ervaring
De ervaring was in het begin echt niet goed, hoor. Onze bestelling werd namelijk verkeerd teruggestuurd naar Entertainment Earth door UPS. Na wat heen en weer gemail zonder duidelijk antwoord, besloot ik om het klantenservicenummer te bellen dat ze hadden gegeven. De agent, Donald Tapia, was echt heel vriendelijk en professioneel toen hij uitlegde wat er was misgegaan. Hij heeft toen de verzendkosten kwijtgescholden en ervoor gezorgd dat onze bestelling opnieuw verstuurd werd. Hij had echt aandacht voor detail en zorgde ervoor dat de bestelling op het juiste adres werd bezorgd, legde uit hoe het leveringsproces zou verlopen en checkte zelfs de status van een andere bestelling waarop we aan het wachten waren. Hij was altijd beleefd en professioneel en ik zou zeker blij zijn om nog eens met Donald te praten. Bedankt!
Awesome Cust Svc When There's A Rare Problem
I have been ordering from Entertainment Earth for quite a while and have not had any issues with quality of product or shipping...until recently. The problem had nothing to do with EE but with the USPS returning shipped items. Fortunately, I called and was lucky enough to speak to Donald. He patiently reviewed my account, cleaned it up and confirmed my re-shipments as well as a few other helpful tasks. This is only my second call to EE and, first let me just say, I appreciate how quickly I am able to speak to a live rep...without going through a lengthy call routing system. But both expe3riences were very positive. And I really appreciate how Donald was able to get things fixed on this most recent call. Highly recommend Entertainment Earth and their excellent customer service!

Ik was echt zenuwachtig omdat ik nog nooit problemen had gehad met het terugbrengen of omruilen van iets. Toen ik de klantendienst belde, kreeg ik Donald Tapia aan de lijn. Hij heeft het hele proces heel duidelijk uitgelegd en me gerustgesteld. Na te hebben verteld dat ik een vervanging of terugbetaling zou krijgen, afhankelijk van de voorraad, heb ik uitgelegd hoe teleurgesteld ik zou zijn als ik genoegen moest nemen met een terugbetaling. Donald heeft toen echt zijn best gedaan en heeft er eentje voor mij opzij gelegd. Ik vond het een kerstwonder en zelfs zo'n klein gebaar als iets opzij leggen toont aan dat jullie medewerkers net dat beetje extra doen! Bedankt, Donald, en fijne kerst van mijn familie aan de jouwe!

Donald Tapia was the representative who helped me with a problem that I had regarding some Funko Pops that I had purchased. He went above and beyond to look into different solutions to help me. He figured out the best way to solve the problem and initiated the return for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate the time he took to help me and how he represented the company in a professional manner. I am extremely dissatisfied with Entertainment Earth due to their deceptive practices and unfulfilled promises. This review serves as a cautionary tale for potential customers who are considering shopping with this company. My recent experience with Entertainment Earth involved preordering a Red Sonja action figure that was advertised as available in May. However, despite the promised availability date passing, the product has yet to arrive in the store. This blatant misinformation and delayed delivery have left me feeling frustrated and cheated. When I reached out to inquire about the status of my order, the response I received from Entertainment Earth was not only defensive but also seemed to be written with malice. The lack of transparency and professionalism in their communication further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the company. It is evident that Entertainment Earth fails to uphold their promises to customers and lacks the necessary accountability in handling preorders. The misleading information provided about product availability, coupled with the dismissive and hostile customer service, reflect poorly on the company's integrity and reliability. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering purchasing from Entertainment Earth. My experience with the company has been marred by disappointment and frustration, and I regret placing my trust in an organization that displays such disregard for customer satisfaction. I use EE Distribution as a wholesaler. While I am not thrilled with many of the things the company does or their policies I do want to call out my sales rep Justin Gal. He is LITERALLY the only reason I use them. If you want to work with EE, I highly recommend you request Justin.

Entertainment Earth representative Donald Tapia Reached out to me and explained my order. And the money I'll be getting back.I'm a price change. I only wish customer service was cool like this everywhere else.
Avoid at all costs!!!
I've never had a worse experience with an online retailer. I wasn't allowed to cancel an order I didn't need. They charged $35 to ship a gundam kit that cost $28 because apparently they charge you for all pre-orders you have when anything at all ships out. Then to return it I have to pay another $10 for a return label. And it's so convenient that the shipping isn't refundable. Y'know the shipping I paid for 6 items that haven't even been released yet but I was still charged for. So it would cost me a total of $47.38 to recieve a $29 refund. I can't comprehend why anyone would use this place. I heard good things so took a chance. Customer Service does not exist. I have never been treated so bad. Just a disgusting, predatory company.

Excellent customer service!!! I usually have nothing but good experiences with Entertainment Earth, but when I do have a problem their customer service takes good care of me. I just got off the phone with Donald Tapia, the Client Services Representative, and he went far and beyond in order to resolve my problem. I can't thank Entertainment Earth and Donald Tapia enough!

I have been a happy dedicated customer of Entertainment Earth for 20 + years and they are a great company. Normally my orders come in mint condition but today I received an order that both the box and figures inside were damaged. They were packed well and obviously EE was not at fault, but it had been mishandled en route. I called EE and Donald couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. He made things right ….This is why I will continue to do business with them . They’re a solid company with kind people like Donald who work there . Thanks EE !!
