..."your website has been hacked" …
After receiving a "your website has been hacked" e-mail (& said site being "unavailable"), I was informed by one rep that "we will have to scrub your site & our server - & it will cost you a one-time fee of $399" ... Then, after contacting other web hosting companies concerning alternatives, I spoke with Cris ... She was wonderful - she listened, determined that the original e-mail that I had received did NOT originate from Network Solutions, and that the original rep who mentioned methods & fees was referencing a situation that wasn't applicable to my situation/website ... Cris was the lifesaver that I needed .. My e-mail server/accounts are not affected, my website is being attended to (may be down for only 48 hrs) & my finances will not be impacted ... Thanks, Cris! And, "thanks" to you, Network Solutions ... Get involved with this team - they've been taking care of me since 1998 & I have been VERY happy ... Cris! Cris! Cris!

I have been a customer since 1995. This is the best interaction I have had. My Netsol ecommerce package SSL reissue went off the rail. I was told a Netsol hosted ecom package needs to be MANUALLY installed by a NETSOL agent NOT by hitting the reissue button on the dashboard. In other words this is a different operation than what would be implied at the FAQ about SSL's "If the website is hosted with Network Solutions, a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) will be generated and submitted for you" Michelle B and Anne Customer Care Specialist Tier 1 Technical Support were patient and knowledgeable. Our web site, jcrowsmarketplace.com went down for 6 hours because we hit the reissue button when in fact we should have been instructed to do otherwise at the FAQ. Michelle and Anne resolved the problem and told me what to do next time we need an SSL reissue. i.e CALL for help. My resolved service ticket was I-13177425

I had my new website done by Network Solutions it wasn't simple at all most times I called I wasn't able to get the right help and most of the representatives didn't even wanted to change anything at all thay just wanted me to create a ticket even when it was something very small all that changed when I called and Kaitlynn D answer the call she had a phenomenal experience really giving the time to listen and do all the changes I needed and even fixing arrows on the spot that weren't done right by others she made my site faster and added some unique designs I really appreciated how professional she was and she really wanted to help me to complete my website so I had to write this review Thank you very much Kaitlynn D 5 start well deserved
great assistance assistance to restore mail service
I had employed an anti-spoofing and mail security product, which gave me some support issues and led to days of my mail not being delivered. Once I decided to roll back, NS' support agent Priya assisted me efficiently, friendly and patiently. When I had to make the changes, and told her that I would need a moment. she wrote: "I'll be right here". If she saw that I was typing she would post a message to prevent me from being cutoff half sentence, also explaining what to if the system timed out. After all the changes were done and my many questions were answered, the changes took effect well within the time she had indicated. Thank you Priya, for your kind professionalism !

I have had quite a few issues connecting with my incoming server over the past 5 years! However, whenever I contact customer service, they are ready to help immediately! Recently, I jumped on a live chat with Chethan Shetty and I received a solution to my problem within 5 minutes!

I spoke with Judy in Network Solution customer support yesterday. She was very knowledgeable on the update and email issues I was having. She was very pleasant and patient. She came up with a solution that got me back sending and receiving emails in less than an hour. The experience she showed was amazing. Thankful for the Professional Service
I am so thankful for the professional and knowledgeable customer representative. I received a notice a few days shortly after paying my hosting renewal that my account will be deleted due to non-payment. I need to click links to renew. Thankful that I thought to call first before clicking any links. The rep listened carefully and advised to confirm the sender email which looks so similar to network solutions: info_eml.networksolutions. It is a spam email. She advised that they have blocked this one, but they copy info from network solutions site, even the phone number to make it look like it is NS, but it is not. Thankful, I did not click any links.
Nick Saved the Day
Nick turned a terrible situation into a great one. I have probably too many domains but one of his colleagues got the renewal very wrong. That person invented durations, offered pricing that he did not apply and generally made a mess of our company's domain program. When that confirmation arrived and almost every line item was wrong, I called back and thankfully I got Nick. It took him many hours as he had to correct every line item, which their system does not make easy. Nick showed remarkable patience, intelligence and initiative and he achieved the correct renewal. He is solely responsible for the 5 star rating. Thank you Nick!

Ik ben altijd superparanoïde over identiteitsdiefstal omdat ik dat vorig jaar volledig heb meegemaakt. Telefoontjes zoals deze maken me echt superparanoïde (en ik blijf het ook, hoe vriendelijk de agent aan de telefoon ook is), maar Chelsea M was echt superbeleefd en professioneel en ook geruststellend. Fraude is echt overal wijdverspreid en ik heb gelezen over Newfold Digital en er zijn verschrikkelijke opmerkingen over hen, want we hebben wat testmails gedaan via Newfold. Hoe dan ook, Chelsea zelf was echt superbeleefd en laten we hopen dat ik niet opnieuw opgelicht word door een bedrijf zoals vorig jaar.

NS has been my web/email host for the past 15 years. We have had some growing pains over the years as I use Outlook with my day to day. All said with the occasional 3rd party miss connects it gets worked out. Recently out of nowhere I was unable to send mail from my iPhone. I contacted NS thru the phone support #. I was very pleased to have my issue corrected thanks to Erica, she was without a doubt the best support person I have ever had the pleasure of taking my call. She was as clear and patient as one could ask for especially in today's world. Please consider her for employee of the month!

Warning - Dishonest company and policy
Warning, Network Solutions is in essence a bunch of scammers. I had purchased a website and premium dns just to get associated emails to a domain. An individual who I spoke with via text, suggested I go with the premium email service instead, which I agreed, and asked him to CANCEL the website and premium DNS subscription INSTEAD, they charged me for both the premium email AND did not cancel my subscription. When I went back and asked for the subscription fees to be removed, as I had purchased the services suggested by their rep instead, I was told its our policy not to refund fee's... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and dishonest as a core value of their company, do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Staggering incompetence
Staggering incompetence. Needed to transfer a domain within NS (from NS to NS), and they couldn't even manage that basic task, after multiple calls, emails, and chat sessions. Don't waste your time or money with them.
