Wish I had gone to HostPapa sooner
Wish I had gone to HostPapa sooner. With 5 domains, one business I fell into the godaddy pit. Sure years ago they were ok. As they have grown (godaddy) support and mail service declined in my experience I made the jump to HostPapa. And HostPapa made the transition one I wish I had made sooner. Billing is accurate an more affordable even with the exchange rate. The best, and I repeat the best part has been HostPapa's customer service. They have been a blessing to a novice such as I. I do not have the time or the inclination to learn the web hosting world. What I do know is every time I had an issue, a note to customer support did the trick. The response has always been within 24 hrs via portal. I recently tried the chat feature expecting the same useless script response. I was soon surprised I was connected to a to a real human being who took my hand and made the corrections I did not know that needed to be made to secure my email client. I have been using HostPapa several years with no intention to change. Wonderful product.
Hostpapa- First in class for customer & tech support!
Everyone knows esp SMEs that finding a reliable web hosting provider is a daunting task. Many well known names are good on product but not in support unless you are their premium customers. I have been dealing with various web hosting companies over the last 25 years whilst trying to find the best ones suited for my friends' small businesses. Sure if you have the monies to throw and pay for the support, you probably have no complaints. With small businesses, budget and the right fit comes into play. They don't always need fancy stuff. Just basic, reliable company who has a great support & customer service team to ensure that when things go awry, they are behind you. That's where we find all these qualities in Host Papa. Their customer service and tech support team is always prompt in addressing any concerns that we have, In a world where everything now is "bot" thank god we still have the human touch. So yes, I give a 5 star to Hostpapa any time. Keep up the great work!

Above and Beyond custer service
Reached out for information regarding transferring hosting as well as manged WP plug-in updates/services for my eCommerce site. The person I talked with (will call her MP) went above and beyond. She knew (HostPaPa) might not be able to accommodate my complicated needs but checked with the tech staff to confirm. The next day after some digging; unfortunately, they were unable to provide the services I needed. MP not only "delivered the not so good news" but took the time to explain why - best part- she pointed me to a totally different site where I would be able to find what I was in need of- possibly being able to return and host with them. NO pressure at all. To me, that was an above and beyond customer service move. I would highly recommend checking them out, and if I can resolve the tech issues with my site I surely will- might luck out and get MP!

Both prices and customer service are great. HostPapa is a wonderful choice for small businesses with a low budget. It offers good quality, despite the affordable prices, and its cPanel is very user-friendly. The customer service representatives are very knowledgeable and help you gain new skills in working with cPanel when you encounter technical problems. Personally, I am very happy with HostPapa.

Each time i need help the service technical support take the time and help me well. all tech i have talk to some problem each time its easy and simple ... i recommand host papa to anyone ! its the best hosting service ! I'm new to Hostpapa so this is based on…
I'm new to Hostpapa so this is based on limited experience but so far I have to say that i am very pleased with the technical help and customer service I have received. I had my website on another platform for the past few years and decided to move it to Hostpapa. I had lots of technical questions about moving the website over and each time, either through the chat help or by opening a support case, the reps at Hostpapa were so efficient and responsive. I never had to wait long for reply and each time they either fixed the problem for me or showed me what the issue was and guided me through the fix. So, thus far I am really satisfied with HostPapa and since I have ideas for other businesses that will require websites, I'm glad I made the switch to HostPapa.
above and beyond my expectations
Unlike many companies I've dealt with lately the help I received was immediate, and went above and beyond my expectations. From my interaction now and in the past it seemed that the customer service people actually like their job and helping someone who really needed help. The sales group we were connected with to purchase the daily backup (we realized we weren't doing) package was communicative and patient with my questions. I then looked at competitors and realized for someone that for someone like me who "takes care of the website" is a small part of my job, this was the type of service and company I needed. I highly recommend them.

Ik hoefde nooit lang te wachten om met iemand te praten en ze deden altijd hun best om me snel te helpen. Toen er laatst een probleem was met mijn betaling, vonden ze meteen een oplossing zodat ik verder kon zonder gedoe. Hun toewijding en support zijn echt top. Als het kon, zou ik ze meteen in dienst nemen voor mijn startup. Ik ben zo onder de indruk en blij met de service die ik kreeg. Ik raad ze ten zeerste aan aan iedereen die op zoek is naar uitstekende klantenservice en betrouwbare hostingoplossingen.
I needed make some changes to the DNS…
I needed make some changes to the DNS entry to our HostPapa hosted server to facilitate the connection to an outside service. While is is possible with Cpanel the instruction from the other service were not very clear. I contacted HostPapa via chat and they helped me immediately and when the other service came back with an additional request almost right away the HostPapa agent responded right away. This change was needed to respond to a critical problem in a somewhat stressful situation. Really appreciated the immediate response from the HostPapa tech support.

I ran into an operation I didn’t know what the outcome would be so I called your chat line. I waited only one minute for a response. Wow. Oussama helped me to correct my problem within two minutes. On his advice I was able to complete my task easily. All in all I would say he was fast, polite and knowledgeable.

I was with them for 10 years
I was with them for 10 years. I started off with a shared plan, but then they forced me to upgrade to a VPS as they said I was using too many resources. They offered no help to try and reduce resource use, (which according to 3 other host providers was easy) and forced me into a very expensive plan that I did not need. They did very poorly at optimizing the server, even though I paid for a managed service. The customer tech support takes 1-8 hours to respond, and it is a new person every time and they do not read through the conversation history so you have to start over and re-explain the issue over and over. It is super frustrating. I would not recommend them when there are many better compagnies that know what they are doing.
Fantastic support.
The website was down due to some unknown technical glitch. A call to the support line resolved it quickly going through three levels of support escalation to have the site back up and running in under 15 minutes. Fabulous support. Thank you team!
